Been fighting with my skin for 12 years thanks to PCOS, after trying every acne remedy/medication under the sun I lost trust in the skincare industry. I decided to get in touch with spoilt rotten to see if there was any treatment options for me that would help manage my flare ups. The lady I spoke to on the phone booked a good amount of time for me to have a FREE consultation and a facial. The beautician who carried out my treatment was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and knew exactly what I needed to help calm my skin down. The facial was SO relaxing and my skin on the day was very angry, it’s the next day and I woke up with already great results. My skin feels soft and already looks brighter. My acne is less irritated and my skin does not feel oily or clogged like it usually does using my home skincare. I was given samples of the products used to try at home to which I will be buying the full sized versions. I will 100% be returning for regular treatment. The facial was £70, worth every penny. I was sold on a journey rather than unrealistic ‘instant’ results. Definitely regained my trust in skincare. Thank you spoilt rotten❤️
Natalie, Tanya and the rest of the team at Spoilt Rotten are just amazing. They all have a deep knowledge I never found at any other salon. It really doesn't matter which member of staff treats you, they all have a brilliant knowledge, are lovely to talk to and highly skilled.
